Gabriel Loumeau is an applied economist studying the causes and consequences of urban and regional development.
He is a Full Professor at the Institute of Economic Research, University of Neuchâtel, where he holds the Chair of International Economics. Prof. Dr. Loumeau is also Research Affiliate at CEPR , Research Fellow at CESifo, and lecturer at the Department of Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zurich.
